Admin/ HR officer

 Follow up on daily office management
- Oversee on maintenance and requirement of office
- Provide supplies and accept suggestion from each department
- Checking and reporting for client complaint.
- Oversee on staff attendance and permission
- Prepare report on processing work daily, weekly & monthly
- Handle Company website and posting news or advertising
- Hearing and investigation on personnel-related issue
- Update Fixed asset
- Conduct employee assessment
- Processing for job transfer or promoted
- Handle and Renewal for company licenses
- Develop HR/ admin system
- Prepare and update employee agreement
- Selection and recruitment process
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relationship issue.
- Identified the legal requirement of labor law
- Provide orientation or training for new staff
- Assist with internal accountant to follow up A/R
- Another tasks were assigned by Manager
