Receptionist

Job Description:

- Serving visitors by greeting and welcoming.

- Answering and transferring incoming phone calls.

- Providing client of company basic information if needed

- Updating appointment calendar and schedule meeting 

- Keeping an office clean and tidy

- Serving drinks for CEO and keeping CEO’s room be clean.

- Contacting for reservation accommodation or making the order

- Preparing a daily list of visitors and incoming call

- To follow-up drink and beverage delivery for office.

- Controlling and taking care of office decoration.

- Updating public holidays and making an announcement

- To arrange staff's birthday celebration.

- To assist Admin to organize the company's event.

 

Qualifications:

- Female

- At least High School graduates.

- Good in English (Writing & Speaking).

- Business professional appearance.

- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Be Pleasant, flexible, creative, and friendly.

- Be punctual and respectful.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Willing to learn, be honest, and hardworking.
