HR and Admin staff

Job Descriptions:

- Follow up on daily office management

- Oversee maintenance and requirement of office

- Provide supplies and accept suggestions from each department

- Checking and reporting for client complaints.

- Oversee staff attendance and permission

- Prepare reports on processing work daily, weekly & monthly

- Hearing and investigation on the personnel-related issues

- Update Fixed asset

- Conduct employee assessment

- Processing for jobs transfer or promoted

- Handle and Renewal for company licenses

- Develop HR/ admin system

- Prepare and update employee agreement

- Recruitment Process

- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

- Identified / update the legal requirement of Cambodia’s labor law

- Provide orientation/training for new staff

- Prepare Internal and external staff’s seminar

- Other tasks were assigned by the Manager

 

 Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field

- At least two years experience in Human Resources

- Understand HR policies and Procedure

- Aptitude of problem-solving 

- Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment

- Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws

- Good at English both writing and speaking , Chinese is a plus

- Computer skills
