Job Description:

-Prepare and purchase the office supplies in stationary and other materials and 
equipment required

- Handle company license
- Responsible for documentation and orientation for new staffs
- Check attendance report
- HR Management

- Analyze the cost and spending, and make budget plan
- Report daily to manager about daily admin operation
- Manage Office Supplies
- Monthly report of supplies usage from all departments

-Duties and responsibilities require by managers

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Management, or related filed

- 1 or 2 years of relevant experience
- Good organizational, time management skills 
and problem solving skills
- Good English communication skills.
- Excellent team work and collaborative skills
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment

- Excellent understanding of computer applications

- Honest, good behavior, reliable and responsible person
- Be able to follow the rotation
